Decorative printing on electronic equipment requires fine detail, durability to stand up to daily use and resiliency to chemical cleaners. To this day, pad printing is the only technique with which print motifs can be transferred to complex three-dimensional objects without being distorted. This ability to print on uneven, curved or recesses surfaces gives the technology an advantage over standard methods of printing.

 

Further advances in conductive ink technology recently allows for printing ink which conducts electricity. It is typically created by infusing graphite or other conductive materials into ink.

  • Shielding against electro-magnetic and radio-frequency interference plus dissipating or eliminating static.
