Corona surface treatment is mainly used on PP-PE plastics and can be installed along a conveyor or available as a stand-alone unit.
The Gas Flaming device is use to pre-treat plastics before printing, improving ink adhesion by increasing the dyne level (surface tension), making the surface more receptive to printing inks. Available in-line or as a stand-alone unit.
This digital technology also eliminates the need to make plates. The artwork is electronically created and sent to the computer interface in either 4-bit, JPEG, BMP, or TIFF file formats.
